Where do trail ruins spawn?
Trail ruins are buried archaeology sites in forested Overworld biomes: taigas, old growth forests and jungles. Almost the whole structure is underground; usually only the tip of the central terracotta tower shows. That makes them very hard to find by looking, so coordinates help a lot.
